Polynesian Luau Benefit for Miracle Families
Our 2nd Annual Polynesian Luau Benefit has been moved to August 11, 2012 from 4-8 PM.
"Luau" means "family gathering" and we invite you to join in a benefit for our Miracle Families.
Events include: Dinner, Hawai'ian Dancers, Live Music, Live Auction, Hula Lessons, Contests (kids bring your hula hoop!), Train Rides, and Bounce House. Prizes and auction items were generously donated by local businesses and individuals.
The menu includes salads, rice dishes, tropical (non-alcoholic) drinks, desserts, and the main attraction, authentic Kalua Pork! The word “kalua” is a Hawai'ian word that refers to cooking a whole pig in a pit, underground oven, or Hawaiian “imu”.
Max's Miracle Ranch is located at 3476 Smith Avenue in Biggs, California, 95917. We are 20 minutes from Chico or Yuba City on Highway 99: turn west onto Rio Bonito and north onto Smith Avenue. Go 1/3 mile and you are there!
